After users acquire items from Eggle, we shall not be responsible for any loss of these items, including any loss resulting from user actions such as failure to claim items to their wallets or the virtual death of chickens during gameplay. If users forget to claim items to their wallets and subsequently lose them, we shall not be liable for any resulting loss.
