Eggle is a blockchain-based ecosystem where users raise virtual animals and earn rewards. Participants buy eggs, nurture animals, and eventually harvest them for rewards, all on the blockchain without a dedicated user interface.

How do I get started in Eggle?

🐣Phase 1 - Hatching

Can I feed my Animal in advance, or should I feed it every day?

No, you can't feed your animals in advance. Once your animal is full, you won’t be able to feed it anymore.

However, if you forget to feed it for a couple of days, you can make up for it later. That said, we recommend feeding your animal daily to prevent it from dying of hunger. Remember, the animal can only withstand 72 hours of hunger before it dies.

What happens if I neglect to feed my animals?

Neglecting to feed your animal results in health deterioration. If neglected for a specific duration, it may die in-game.

How do I purchase eggs and nests in Eggle?

• Eggs can only be purchased on the first day of each month.

• Visit the official Eggle website and go to the "Buy" section.

• Select "Buy Egg."

• Nests are available for purchase only on the 15th of each month.

• Similar to buying eggs, visit the "Buy" section, but select "Buy Nest" instead. The price for a nest is 5000 ENG.

Can I use my nest for multiple harvests?

Yes, nests are reusable. Save them for the next harvest to increase your chances of winning eggs.

What is a golden egg, and how can I obtain one?

Golden eggs are special and can't be bought. They're obtained through a combination of Super Rare Animal and a Nest, with a 40% drop rate.

How does the game cycle work in Eggle?

The game operates in monthly cycles starting on the 1st and ending on the last day of the month. You can buy eggs, and nurture, and harvest animal during this time.

Or you can stake your roast meat for daily ENG while repeating the cycle on another egg.

What is the purpose of the burning mechanism for Energy Tokens?

Energy Tokens used to feed animals are permanently burnt from circulation, reducing supply over time and potentially impacting token value.

What are the meaning of the health statuses?

Health status shows the condition of your animal after feeding, and tells you how much ENG is needed to bring it back to Full.

Why keep your animal Full? Because some functions are only available when your animal is alive and healthy—so you’ll want to keep them happy!

How often do new cycles start in Eggle?

Cycles are basically monthly. The exact start and end dates vary depending on the animal you raise, but on average, each cycle lasts around 30 days (from one egg-selling date to the next).

• Chicken: From the 1st to the last day of the month.

• PEPE: From the 10th of one month to the 9th of the next month.

Can I exchange Energy Tokens for other assets outside of the game?

Yes, you can convert Energy Tokens into other assets via Base's DEXs, adding real-world value to your in-game efforts.

Are there any limitations on the number of animals I can raise?

There are no set limitations on the number of anamals you can raise in Eggle, allowing players to expand their flocks

Can I participate in multiple cycles simultaneously?

Yes, you can engage in multiple cycles concurrently.

Can I stake multiple Roast Meat?

Yes, you absolutely can! Just like you can raise multiple animals and harvest them, if you choose to go the long-term route and stake your Roast Meats, you're free to stake as many as you like. As long as you have Roast Meats, you can stake them.

Each Roast meat is staked individually, meaning you can unstake one or more without affecting the rest of your staked meats.

What strategies can I use to increase my chances of winning golden eggs?

To increase your chances of winning golden eggs, here are some of the tips for you:

• Start by getting a nest, as all animals need a nest to lay eggs.

• Keep your animals healthy by feeding them daily and staying active in the game, as only healthy animals can lay eggs.

• Focus on obtaining Super Rare animals, because if they lay an egg, it will be a golden egg.

• If you're lucky, you might also get the Light Bulb item, which boosts the chances of your Super Rare animal laying an egg by an additional 5%.

Can I trade or sell my animal NFTs and eggs to other players in the Eggle ecosystem?

Yes, you can trade or sell your animal NFTs directly to other users via OpenSea. Transactions occur on the blockchain through contracts.

Why is my animal moving so slowly?

The speed at which your animal moves depends on its condition. If an animal is not fed, it will start to lose speed.

The hungrier the animals, the slower it will move. So, be sure to take good care of your animals!

How can I retrieve an item from my animals?

To retrieve an item that has been sent to an animal, open your inventory by clicking the icon in the bottom left corner. In the inventory, you’ll find a withdraw icon at the bottom of each item. Click on it to withdraw the item.

Remember, only the animal's owner can claim the picked-up item, even if not the one controlling the animal.

What happens to items if my animal dies?

Even if your animal unfortunately dies, you can still retrieve the items from it.

However, if your animal has matured into a roast meat NFT and you decide to burn it for rewards, all items will be burned along with it. So, before burning a roast meat NFT, make sure to check if there are any items left.

The animal found an item but couldn't pick it up.

That's a game mechanic. You can find a detailed explanation here:

In short, the item might be buried underground and require a "Scoop" to dig it up. If you own a Scoop, send it to that animal's inventory so it can dig up the item.

If you don't have a Scoop, too bad—there's no way to dig up the item, meaning you'll have to accept losing it.

Why can’t any of my animals find items while walking?

It might seem a bit disappointing, but this is actually more common than you’d think, even if you have a bunch of animals. Let us explain why:

• First, remember that the chance of finding an item is only 10% per animal each day. This rate is for each animal individually, so having more animals doesn’t guarantee that you will get an item every day.

• Even if one of your animals is lucky enough to hit that 10% chance, there’s still a 50% chance that the item will be hidden. When this happens, you’ll need to search the yard to find where it’s hiding, and you’ll need a scoop to dig it up.

• Also, there’s a special day each month when only one lucky animal can receive an item, and that item is an ETH token! If your animals aren’t the lucky ones that day, they won’t find anything.

These are mostly the reasons why your animals might not find items. So, even if you don’t see anything at first, the item may be just hidden. Keep letting your animals explore the yard—you never know what they might uncover!

What happens if I don't harvest my Roast Animal Meat?

If you choose not to harvest your Roast Meat, you can stake it instead. Once staked, it will turn into Smoked Meat and generate passive income.

How much can I earn from staking Roast Meats?

Depend on what animal meat you smoked and staked

• Smoke Chicken: 1 ENG per day

• Smoke PEPE: 2 ENG per day

Can I stake multiple Roast Meats?

Yes, you can stake as many Roast Meats as you want. Each is staked individually, meaning you can unstake one or more without affecting the rest.

What happens when I unstake my Smoked Meats?

When you unstake, your Smoked Meat is burned, and all accumulated staking rewards (1 ENG per day) are credited to your wallet.

Does the staking interest accumulate immediately?

No, the interest starts accumulating the day after you stake your Roast Meat.

For example, if you stake your Smoked Chicken on Day 1, the first staking reward (1 ENG) will be credited at 00:00 UTC on Day 2.

This goes for all animals.

Where are my staking rewards recorded?

All staking rewards are recorded on the blockchain, ensuring transparency and security.

Can I still use my Smoked Meat after unstaking?

No, once you unstake, the Smoked Meat is burned and cannot be used again.

Why can't I log in with Wallet through the mobile browser?

When logging in with CyberStep Wallet, the browser automatically opens a new tab for authentication. Once the user completes the wallet login in that new tab, it will automatically close.

Browsers with the "Block Pop-ups" feature enabled (such as Chrome or Safari) will prevent this from happening, disrupting the login process.

Therefore, please go to your browser settings and ensure that the "Block Pop-ups" feature is disabled.

Why can’t I clean other players’ coops?

Back in the day, you actually could. But we realized — it didn’t really benefit the owners.

Some players prefer to let the poop pile up and clean it all at once to save on gas fees. But when someone else swoops in and scoops up the ENG rewards before they do?

Yeah, not fun. Especially if you own a whole flock of animals.

So we made a change to keep things fair:

• Only the owner can clean the poop and claim the tokens.

• Other players can still see the mess — but they can’t touch it.

Will there be more animal in the future?

Yes. There will be more. We started with chickens, then there're PEPE frog and more animals will be added in the future
